Jesus is condemned to death

So Pilate took some water, washed his hands in front of the crowd and said "I am innocent
of this man's blood. It is your concern." ..... Then he released Barabbas for them. He ordered Jesus
to be first scourged and then handed over to be crucified. [Matt. 27:24, 25] Spend a few moments in silent reflection: - Do I take responsibity for what I do and say, or do I blame others? - Do I ever give way to others and do what I know is wrong? |
